Lassila & Tikanoja has acquired Jätehuolto Savolainen Oy, a company specialising in waste management and recycling services. The company also provides waste water, hazardous waste management and industrial cleaning services. The company’s operational area covers Äänekoski region in Central Finland, and it operates a recycling plant in Äänekoski.
The net sales of the company amounted to EUR 2.5 million in 2007, and it employs 20 people. The employees will transfer into L&T’s service. The acquisition became effective on 1 October 2008.
