Lassila & Tikanoja acquires Oulun TOP-Huolto Oy, a company specialising in property management, operating in the city of Oulu. The net sales of the company amounted to EUR 2.5 million in 2007, and it employs 70 people. The employees will transfer into L&T’s service. The acquisition will become effective on 1 November 2008.
