Lassila & Tikanoja has acquired the property maintenance business of Jyvässeudun Talonmiehet Oy, a company operating in the area around Jyväskylä, Finland.
Net sales of the company amount to EUR 0.8 million. The acquisition is effective from 1 February 2012. Ten employees of the company will transfer into L&T’s service.
