Lassila & Tikanoja has acquired the property maintenance operations of Valkeakosken Talohuolto Ky. 18 employees will transfer into L&T’s service. The acquired business operations will be integrated into the business operations of L&T’s property maintenance services in Valkeakoski. The acquisition will be effective from 1 June 2009.
