L&T will considerably expand its Cleaning Services sales organisation by recruiting new sales professionals. The target is to employ 20 new sales professionals to work for Cleaning Services. These new employees will participate in a six month training session focusing on face to face sales and customer management. The training program is due to start at the end of the year.
- Looking at the global setup, outsourcing of support services like cleaning is still on a relatively low level in Finland. We believe in a continued steady growth within cleaning services and L&T is prepared to win a significant portion of this growth, says Juhani Lahtinen, Sales and Customer Accounts Director, Property and Office Support Services, L&T.
The new sales consultants to be recruited will be located within the Helsinki area and in other major cities. The recruitment campaign is due to start on September 14.
