Lassila & Tikanoja (L&T) has purchased Kuljetusliike Eskolin Oy, a sewer maintenance service provider, from the Eskolin family.
The Eskolin family has been involved in waste management and sewer maintenance transportation for more than 40 years in Kerava and in the Uusimaa region. Now the family is in the process of implementing a business succession and has decided to concentrate on waste management only.
Kuljetusliike Eskolin transferring into L&T’s ownership on December 1, 2008, is involved in sewer maintenance in the Uusimaa region. With a turnover of about one million Euro, the company employs eight persons. The business acquisition will not affect the employees.
