Improved comparability for property maintenance services

Housing companies will be offered better possibilities to compare services offered by property maintenance service providers. L&T is adopting a new model designed to improve the visibility of property maintenance pricing and services offered to housing companies. Housing companies will be able to select a suitable service level out of three optional service descriptions.
The new model will help customers outline based on what services costs are incurred. In practice, customers may decide to order snow clearing services for their property based on a high service level and other outdoor work based on a normal service level.
L&T’s three-level service descriptions have been made available to housing companies from the beginning of October.
