L&T acquires Kiinteistöhuolto Pentti Nissinen Oy

Lassila & Tikanoja acquires Kiinteistöhuolto Pentti Nissinen Oy, a company specialising in property maintenance. The acquired business operations will be integrated into the business operations of L&T’s property maintenance services in Tampere. Six employees will transfer into L&T’s service.

The annual net sales of the acquired company amount to about EUR 500,000. The acquisition will be effective from 1 February 2007.
