Lassila & Tikanoja has acquired the property maintenance operations of Kiimingin Kiinteistöpalvelu Oy. The acquired business operations will be integrated into L&T’s property maintenance services in Oulu. Two employees will transfer into L&T’s service. The acquisition is effective from 1 September 2006.
