Lassila & Tikanoja has established a franchise chain specialising in cleaning and office support services. Huomenta Toimitilapalvelut will start operations in the course of this autumn with focus on serving small and medium sized companies. This customer base will be provided diverse cleaning and office support services by Huomenta entrepreneurs working on their own account. Operations will set off in Finland, in the Helsinki metropolitan area.
L&T is targeting to improve their services to secure high quality service for all their customers. ”Huomenta Toimitilapalvelut is L&T’s solution to a requirement for increasingly diverse and flexible office support services to suit specific needs expressed by our SME customers”, says Anna-Maija Apajalahti, Vice President, Property Services at L&T. ”Our customers also tend to appreciate having their own, familiar person caring for their office facilities.”
In addition to traditional cleaning tasks, the Huomenta entrepreneurs will also take care of other office support services as agreed, such as conference catering, delivery of office and hygiene supplies, plant care and other tasks to support the customer’s business operations and help relieve part of the daily workload. ” Working in close cooperation with their customers to cater for day-to-day activities, the Huomenta entrepreneurs will be able to address these requirements”, says Anna-Maija Apajalahti. ”Being familiar with their customers’ facilities and requirements, they can offer flexible services.”
L&T’s Huomenta franchise chain will offer their entrepreneurs the right of concept utilisation inclusive of operative models and methods based on a franchise business model. The franchise chain will also provide the entrepreneurs with training and support services ranging from personal counselling to marketing and accounts.
