Lassila & Tikanoja has acquired Hämeenlinnan Puhtaanapito Oy, a company specialising in waste managemet and recycling services and hazardous waste services. Hämeenlinnan Puhtaanapito operates in Hämeenlinna region. The net sales of the company amounted to EUR 4.3 million in 2005, and it employs 36 people. All employees will transfer into L&T’s service. The acquisition became effective on 1 March 2006.
