Lassila & Tikanoja has acquired the property maintenance operations of Kempeleen Kiinteistöhuolto Oy. The acquired business operations will be integrated into the business operations of L&T’s property maintenance services in Oulu. Four employees will transfer into L&T’s service. The acquisition is effective from 1 February 2006.
