Lassila & Tikanoja has acquired the secure destruction operations of Recall Finland Oy. The acquired business operations will be integrated into the business operations of L&T’s confidential data treatment services. One employee will transfer into L&T’s service. The acquisition will be effective from 1 December 2005.
L&T and Recall Finland have entered a cooperation agreement. In the future, L&T will take care of the secure destruction services of Recall Finland’s customers, and L&T will offer their customers the archive storage services of Recall Finland.
