In July, Lassila & Tikanoja acquired the cleaning company 99 Perfekts, operating in Latvia. The acquisition has now been approved by the Latvian Competition Authority. The acquisition strengthens L&T’s Property Services in Latvia.
The net sales of 99 Perfekts were approximately EUR 1. 6 million in 2004. The company employs about 300 professionals and its clientele consists of Latvian and foreign companies operating in Riga and largest Latvian cities.
