Lassila & Tikanoja has acquired the hazardous waste management operations of the Vaasa-based Säiliö Cistern Puts Ab Oy. The acquisition is effective from 1 September 2005.
Säiliö Cistern Puts Ab Oy provides services for treatment, collection and transportation of hazardous waste as well as container maintenance. The company was established in 1980 and its net sales amounted to around one million euro in 2004.
