Lassila & Tikanoja acquires Jäteässät Oy, a Finnish waste management company operating in the Helsinki region. The acquisition supports L&T’s strategy to invest in the growing environmental management market. The acquisition will be effective from 1 April 2005.
The annual net sales of Jäteässät Oy were EUR 10 million in 2004 and it employs 65 people. The company was established in 1993.
