Lassila & Tikanoja has acquired Kaakon Teollisuuspalvelu Oy, a company specialising in heavy cleaning for industry and properties. By the acquisition L&T strengthens particularly its process cleaning services for pulp and paper industry.
The net sales of the acquired company were EUR 2.8 million in 2004 and it employs 30 people. The acquisition will be effective on 1 February 2005.
