Lassila & Tikanoja has acquired a waste management company Ympäristöhuolto Mäkeläinen Oy. The acquisition is effective from 1 November 2004.
Ympäristöhuolto Mäkeläinen Oy operates in the Jyväskylä region and it employs 20 people.
The annual net sales of the company were about EUR 1.3 million in 2003.
