Lassila & Tikanoja has acquired a cleaning company called Silva Clean Oy.
The acquisition strengthens L&T’s market share in the Helsinki region and supports L&T’s strategy to invest in the growing cleaning services market. The acquisition is effective from 1 August 2004.
The annual net sales of Silva Clean were about EUR 5 million in 2003 and it employs 200 persons.
