Lassila & Tikanoja has acquired Keski-Suomen Pesutech Oy, a company specialising in heavy cleaning for industry and properties. The net sales of the acquired company were EUR 1.8 million in 2003. The acquisition will be effective on 1 June 2004. The operations of Keski-Suomen Pesutech will be integrated into the L&T Industrial Services in Jyväskylä.
