TAPIOLA GROUP’S HOLDING IN LASSILA & TIKANOJA PLC DOWN TO 4.6%
In accordance with section 9, chapter 2, of the Securities Markets Act, Tapiola Group has reported today to Lassila & Tikanoja plc that its holding in the share capital and votes of Lassila & Tikanoja plc has decreased to 4.6%.
When applying the regulations concerning the obligation to disclose holdings, Tapiola General Mutual Insurance Company, Tapiola Mutual Life Assurance Company, Tapiola Corporate Life Insurance Company and the mutual funds administered by Tapiola Rahastoyhtiö form an entity. The shares of holdings of these companies and the mutual funds are combined.
