SUBSCRIPTION SCHEDULE OF LASSILA & TIKANOJA 2002B STOCK OPTIONS IN 2006
In 2006, the increases in the share capital on the basis of the subscriptions made pursuant to Lassila & Tikanoja 2002B stock options will be carried out as follows:

Pursuant to the rest of the Lassila & Tikanoja 2002B stock options, a maximum of 132,900 shares can be subscribed for. The subscription price is EUR 7.02 and the subscription period ends on 30 October 2006.
The 2002B stock options shall be subscribed at Evli Bank plc.
The shares subscribed for pursuant to the stock options will entitle their holder to dividends and other rights conferred by the shares after the increase of the share capital has been registered in the Trade Register.
