LASSILA & TIKANOJA: AMENDMENTS TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF STOCK OPTION PLAN 2002
The bonus issue approved by the General Meeting of Shareholders held on 15 November 2004 doubled the number of stock options issued under the stock option plan 2002 and the number of shares that can be subscribed for pursuant to the stock options.
Moreover, the Meeting amended the terms and conditions of the stock option plan to the effect that the shares subscribed for on the basis of the stock options will entitle their holders to dividends and other rights conferred by the shares after the increase of the share capital has been registered in the Trade Register.
Lassila & Tikanoja's 2002A stock options have been listed on the Helsinki Stock Exchange since 3 May 2004 and 2002B stock options since 2 May 2005. The details of the listing of the 2002B stock options were given in a stock exchange announcement on 29 April 2005. The original terms and conditions of the stock option plan were appended.
