TAPIOLA INSURANCE GROUP’S HOLDING IN LASSILA & TIKANOJA PLC 5.05%
In accordance with section 9, chapter 2, of the Securities Markets Act, Tapiola Group has reported to Lassila & Tikanoja that the holding of Tapiola Group is 5.05 percent in the share capital and number of shares and votes of Lassila & Tikanoja plc after the increase in share capital as a result of the rights offering was registered with the Trade Register on 21 December 2004.
When applying the regulations concerning the obligation to disclose holdings, Tapiola General Mutual Insurance Company, Tapiola Mutual Life Assurance Company, Tapiola Corporate Life Insurance Company and the mutual funds administered by Tapiola Rahastoyhtiö form an entity. The shares of holdings of these companies and the mutual funds are combined.
