SUBSCRIPTION SCHEDULE OF LASSILA & TIKANOJA STOCK OPTIONS IN 2005
In 2005, the increases in the share capital on the basis of the subscriptions made pursuant to Lassila & Tikanoja stock options 2002A will be carried out as follows:

Pursuant to the rest of the Lassila & Tikanoja stock options 2002A, a maximum of 118,440 shares can be subscribed for. The subscription price is EUR 7.86 and the subscription period ends on 30 October 2005.
The 2002A stock options shall be subscribed at Evli Bank plc.
The shares subscribed for on the basis of the stock options will entitle their holder to dividends and other rights conferred by the shares after the increase of the share capital has been registered in the Trade Register.
