Lassila & Tikanoja plc complies with the Finnish Corporate Governance Code. The Code was issued by the Securities Market Association on 15 June 2010 and it is available on the website www.cgfinland.fi.
Business organisation
The business is divided into four divisions: Environmental Services, Cleaning and Office Support Services, Property Maintenance and Renewable Energy Sources. Vice Presidents in charge of the divisions report to the President and CEO.
In Finland each division is organised into business areas. Country Managing Directors are responsible for operations in Russia and in Latvia and Country Director is responsible for operations in Sweden. Administration and the management of group-level processes are centralised.
