Lassila & Tikanoja plc complies with the Finnish Corporate Governance Code. The Code was issued by the Securities Market Association on 20 October 2008 and it is available on the website www.cgfinland.fi.
Business organisation
The business is divided into four divisions: Environmental Services, Property Maintenance, Cleaning and Office Support Services and Renewable Energy Sources. Vice Presidents in charge of the Environmental Services, Property Maintenance and Cleaning and Office Support Services divisions, as well as Managing Director of L&T Biowatti Oy responsible for the Renewable Energy Sources division, report to the President and CEO.
In Finland each division is organised into business areas. Country Managing Directors are responsible for operations in each country outside Finland. Administration and the management of group-level processes are centralised.
